PSF Projects is an architecture and design firm based in New York City. Through collaboration between the principals, designers, consultants, and our clients, we provide work that is creative, thoughtful, and serves both the pragmatic and poetic needs of the occupants. We strive to create structures and places that are engaging and enduring, and reflect a commitment to careful detailing and the craft of construction.
PSF was formed in 2015 by Principals Jonah Pregerson, Mark Sofield, and Barrett Feldman, to leverage the depth and diversity of their individual experience in architecture, planning and design. We have worked on a broad range of programs including commercial, institutional, single and multifamily residential, mixed use, recreational, workplace, and campus and urban planning.
Our process is the same across all project types. First we listen to our clients, asking a lot of questions regarding their program, budget, and aspirations. Then we diagram, hand-sketch and eventually digitally model multiple design options. We use these visual tools to iteratively distill the program needs, site constraints, and client and consultant input into a final, unique design.
PSF is recognized as a Women Owned Business by New York State,
New York City and The Port Authority of NY & NJ.
